Useful answers, clearly made.

The practical details behind custom requests, printed objects, delivery, care, and returns.

Custom work

How do I request a custom piece?

Use the custom request form to share a reference image and notes about size, colour, finish, and occasion. The studio reviews the request and confirms feasibility, price, and timing before production begins.

Does sending a request place an order?

No. A request starts the conversation. It does not confirm a price, production slot, or purchase until the important details have been reviewed with you.

What kind of reference should I send?

A clear photograph, sketch, or visual reference is a useful starting point. Add notes about the details that matter most. You should only upload content you own or have permission to use.

Will the finished object look exactly like my reference?

The reference guides the piece, but a physical print is an interpretation shaped by scale, material, geometry, and finish. Any material design decisions should be agreed before production.

Can Aarambh 3D make any character or branded design?

Not always. Requests may be declined when the supplied design appears to infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights, or when it is not technically suitable for production.

Prints & materials

Are layer lines normal?

Yes. A 3D print is built layer by layer, so fine layer lines can remain visible—especially under close light. They are part of the process rather than automatically a defect.

Which material will my piece use?

Material depends on the object’s purpose, geometry, finish, and expected conditions. The product page or custom confirmation should identify the material chosen for your piece.

How should I care for a 3D-printed object?

Keep it away from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, open flame, and harsh chemicals. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Product-specific care guidance takes priority where provided.

Are the products toys?

Unless a product page explicitly says otherwise, treat printed objects as decorative collectibles rather than children’s toys. Small parts can present a choking risk.

Ordering & delivery

Where do you deliver?

Aarambh 3D currently serves addresses across India. Delivery availability for a particular postcode is confirmed during the order process.

How long will my order take?

Production time varies by complexity, size, finish, and current workload. The relevant estimate should be shown for a stocked product or confirmed with you for custom work before production begins.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracked shipping is used, the available tracking details are shared after dispatch. A carrier scan can take time to appear after the parcel is handed over.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Ask as soon as possible. A change may affect price and timing, and cancellation can be limited after material has been allocated or production has started—particularly for personalised pieces.

What if my parcel arrives damaged or incorrect?

Keep the packaging and document the parcel and item clearly. Report the problem promptly through the available order contact so the studio can review whether repair, replacement, or another remedy is appropriate.

Returns & privacy

Can a personalised piece be returned?

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are generally not suitable for change-of-mind returns. Damage, manufacturing faults, incorrect items, and rights available under applicable law are handled separately.

How are my uploaded references used?

References are used to review, produce, and support your request. They are not permission to use your personal image in public marketing. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Where can I read the full policies?

Shipping, returns, privacy, and store terms each have a dedicated page. The terms shown on your product page and order confirmation should also be reviewed before purchasing.

Still shaping the question?

A reference image can explain more than a paragraph.

Use the custom request flow to share the object, scale, finish, and occasion you have in mind.
