Legal & privacy
Your information, handled with purpose.
This policy explains what Aarambh 3D needs to operate the store and custom studio, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Last updated 27 July 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order notes, support messages, and preferences. Launch checkout is guest-only and does not create a customer account.
For custom work, we may also receive photographs, sketches, 3D files, measurements, names, dedications, or other references needed to review and produce the requested object.
When you use the site, basic technical information may be recorded automatically, including device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and security or error logs.
2. Custom references and personal images
References are used to assess feasibility, prepare the brief, produce the piece, communicate with you, and support the resulting order. Supplying a personal photograph for production does not give Aarambh 3D permission to publish it in marketing.
Please upload only material you are authorised to use. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may decline or remove material that appears unlawful, unsafe, or unrelated to a legitimate request.
3. How we use information
Information is used to operate the store, review requests, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, provide service messages, prevent fraud, maintain security, improve site performance, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes.
Where consent is required for promotional communication, you may withdraw that consent. Transactional messages about a request or order are separate from optional marketing.
4. Payments
Payments are handled through Razorpay. Aarambh 3D receives payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited billing information, but does not receive or store a complete card number or UPI credential through the storefront.
Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy and security terms. Review those terms when choosing a payment method.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including order records, support, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal claims, and compliance. Different records can require different retention periods.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. Keep account credentials private and report suspected misuse promptly.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, erase, or restrict certain personal information, or object to particular uses. Some information may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
Use the contact page for a privacy request. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes may also be highlighted through an appropriate notice.
