Store terms

Clear terms for considered work.

These terms set expectations for browsing, purchasing, custom commissions, production, and delivery.

Last updated 18 July 2026

Please read these terms together with the product page, confirmed custom brief, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy. If a mandatory law gives you stronger rights, that law prevails.

1. Using the site

These terms apply when you browse the Aarambh 3D website, create an account, submit a request, or purchase a product. By doing so, you agree to these terms and any product-specific information presented before purchase.

You must provide accurate information and use the site lawfully. If you act for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. Products and orders

Product photographs, renders, colours, measurements, and descriptions are intended to explain the item as accurately as reasonably possible. Screens display colour differently, and small variations can occur in printed and hand-finished work.

Placing an order or sending a custom request does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Aarambh 3D explicitly confirms it or begins fulfilment, subject to successful payment and availability.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including a pricing or listing error, unavailable material, unsafe or impractical geometry, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, or prohibited content. Any payment due back will be handled through the original payment route where practicable.

3. Custom and personalised work

A custom request should state the intended object, size, colour, finish, use, quantity, destination, and any required date. Feasibility, scope, price, and timing must be confirmed before production.

You are responsible for reviewing agreed specifications and flagging errors before approval. Changes after approval may alter price and timing, and may not be possible after material is allocated or printing begins.

A finished piece may interpret a reference rather than reproduce it exactly. Normal process characteristics can include fine layer lines, minor support contact marks, assembly joins, and small variations in colour or hand-applied finish.

4. Files, references, and intellectual property

You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You give Aarambh 3D a limited permission to inspect, adapt, reproduce, and use that content only as needed to assess, produce, deliver, and support your request.

You confirm that you own the submitted content or have permission to use it for the requested purpose. We may refuse material that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, design, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

The Aarambh 3D name, branding, site design, original photographs, writing, and studio-created designs remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are transferred except those clearly included with a purchased item.

5. Price and payment

The applicable price, delivery charge, tax treatment, and accepted payment method are shown during checkout or confirmed in a custom quotation. Correct an obvious pricing error before relying on it.

Payment may be processed by an external provider under its own terms. Aarambh 3D may pause or cancel fulfilment when payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, or flagged for review.

6. Production and delivery

Production and delivery estimates are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise. Complex prints can require a restart, and carriers can be affected by events outside the studio’s control.

You are responsible for providing a complete, serviceable delivery address and checking it before dispatch. Risk and responsibility for the parcel pass as required by applicable law and the delivery terms shown with the order.

Read the Shipping Policy for dispatch, tracking, address changes, delay, and damage-report guidance.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation options depend on whether production has started and whether the item is personalised. Custom and made-to-order pieces are generally not suitable for change-of-mind returns.

Incorrect items, damage, or manufacturing faults are reviewed separately. Keep the item and packaging, document the issue clearly, and report it promptly through the available order contact.

The Return Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Product use and responsibility

Follow product-specific care and safety information. Unless expressly described otherwise, printed collectibles are decorative objects rather than children’s toys, food-contact products, protective equipment, medical devices, or safety-critical components.

Do not expose products to open flame, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, or loads beyond their stated purpose. Small components may present a choking risk.

9. Liability and applicable law

Aarambh 3D does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent the law permits, responsibility is limited to loss that is reasonably foreseeable and directly connected with the affected order or service.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any mandatory consumer protections and legally required forum rights continue to apply.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the store, services, or legal requirements change. The version posted when an order is accepted generally governs that order, except where a later change is required by law. Use the contact page for a question about these terms.
